We keep your shop. Your login still works. Come in and browse, try looks, get next year ready. That is not a live site, and it is not billed. Turning the live site back on starts billing again. No new signup. No free live days.

Same if the season ended, it was not a fit, they found another way, the shop closed, or money got tight. You do not have to say which.
