What the monthly fee covers
$4.99 and $9.99 cover the site, the app, hosting, and a Standwell address. You pick a template and keep changing it. If you already have your own domain, $1 more a month to use it here. Custom builds start from $499, with a written quote first. After your custom site launches, $14.99 a month covers hosting, the app, and upkeep. Enterprise costs are worked out after we talk.
Switching templates is included. Moving cards around inside a template is not. A brand-new unique layout is custom work, quoted on its own.
Questions we hear first
Who owns the website?
You run the shop. A Standwell address is included. If you already have a name of your own, you can use it here for $1 more a month. Custom work can use that same address.
Can I start on one page and add the list later?
Yes. One page is $4.99. Two pages is $9.99, and that second page is the list. Same app, same login. A custom build is a site built from scratch for your business. Custom builds start from $499.
Is this something I can post on social?
Yes. You get a link for a bio, a post, or a sign. Change the look and the photos whenever you want.
How long can the menu or product list be?
Up to 24 items, in up to 4 sections, on Two pages. Each item can have a photo, a name, a short description, details, and a price. On a custom build, the list is agreed in your written quote. Online shop sales are on the way.
Can I put a video on my site?
Yes, on every plan, One page and Two pages included. The first two photo cards can each play a short video instead of a picture. It plays muted; visitors tap it for sound. Cards 3 and 4 stay photos. Videos are made smaller to load fast on phones: up to 8 seconds (longer videos keep only the first 8 seconds), phone quality. They look good on a phone but not as sharp as your original on a big screen.
Is there a Standwell link on my site?
Yes, one small line at the bottom of the page: “Made with Standwell Web”, in your template’s colors. You can hide it for $2 a month in Your shops ($24 a year on a yearly plan, $6 on a 3-month plan, $12 on a 6-month plan). It is an add-on to the shop’s plan, on the same bill, and it ends when the plan ends. Custom builds don’t have it unless you want it.
What if I need to cancel?
Close for the season. Press Cancel. That stops the next bill. Days you already paid stay live until they end — not extra time. Turning the live site on starts billing again. We keep the shop. No new signup. How that works
Do I need to buy a domain?
No. The Standwell address is enough to get going. If you already have a name, you keep paying that company and connect it here for $1 a month, added to your plan. More on the bring-a-name page.
Can I change the look after I pay?
Yes. Pick another template, change photos, words, prices, and colors. You cannot change the layout of a template. That is how the page stays solid.
What if I want you to set it up?
We can pick the template and type the first words. That is a small one-time setup. Then you stay on $9.99 a month and run it yourself.
Do I need to know how websites work?
No. You pick a look and change what is true today. We handle hosting, the app, and the technical work behind it.
What counts as a design change?
Changing a photo, a price, or a short note is you, in the app. Switching templates is you. A unique layout or extra pages is custom work, quoted separately.
