Featured Video Launch Perk: Terms
The first 10 Shop plan customers who publish their site get one short featured promo video, made by us. Here is how it works.
1. Who qualifies
The first 10 customers who purchase a Standwell Web Shop plan (the one-page plan at $4.99/mo or $49/yr, or the two-page plan at $9.99/mo or $99/yr) and publish their site each get one featured promo video. Custom builds aren’t included, and a free preview alone doesn’t count.
2. How spots are counted
Spots go in the order sites are published. We’ll contact each qualifying customer by email. The perk is limited to one per business.
3. Offer period
The offer runs until all 10 spots are claimed or December 31, 2026, whichever comes first.
4. What you get
Standwell Web makes one short video (about 30 to 60 seconds) featuring your business and your Standwell site. You can suggest ideas and help write the script, but Standwell Web has final say on the content and edit. Videos may use AI-generated presenters, footage, or voices, and will be labeled as AI where platforms require it. We aim to make and post your video within 30 days after you qualify and send us the information we request. This timeline is a goal, not a guarantee. It may take longer if we can’t reach you, if you don’t respond to our questions, or if we need more material from you. The 30 days restart once we have what we need.
We’ll contact you at the email address on your Standwell Web account. Please keep it up to date and check it for messages from us.
If we can’t reach you, or don’t hear back within 30 days of our first message, you keep your spot. We’ll make your video in good faith using the content already on your Standwell site, and do our best to show your business at its best.
Corrections. Within 14 days after your video is posted, you may ask us once to fix factual errors about your business, such as its name, contact details, address, prices, or hours. We decide how to fix it, whether by editing the video, adding a caption note, or removing the video. We don’t remake videos or make style changes. You can ask us to take your video down at any time.
5. Where it’s posted
The video will be posted on Standwell Web’s own channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and standwellweb.com. We aim to keep it posted for at least 12 months, but we may remove or edit it at any time. We don’t guarantee views, reach, traffic, or sales.
6. Permission to use your content
By accepting the perk, you allow Standwell Web to use your business name, logo, site content, and any material you provide in the video and in related promotion. You confirm you have the rights to anything you give us, such as photos, music, and logos.
7. Endorsements
If your business appears saying anything about Standwell Web, the video will note that you received it as a launch perk.
8. Cancellations
If you cancel your plan or unpublish your site before your video is posted, your spot may go to the next customer. If you cancel after it’s posted, we may take the video down.
9. Eligibility
The perk is open to lawful businesses in the United States. Standwell Web may decline any business it considers unsuitable, such as adult, unsafe, or misleading businesses. The perk has no cash value and can’t be transferred.
